So sorry about last night, especially to those of you whose mn would not work! I'm not entirely sure how it happened at first I thought it was because it (my stupid useless phone) had told me it hadn't loaded and i tried again but even the thread someone started, when i tried to apologise it came through a billion times and i definitely did only try once 
I have contacted mnhq and asked them just get the hell rid of them.
Thanks to those of you who responded for reassuring me that i wasn't being melodramatic. i applied for a new house today and spoken to my family who are going to come up and give me the back up required to go through with it.
