I am both - both sides have things that piss me off.
As a landlord - tenants lobbing off despite a contract cos they got offered a council house!!!!!!

As a tenant - bloody hmo adds 100 pounds to the property, doesn't get me anything extra that a decent flat wudnt already have. Agents fees! Rip off!

Yes I wud like to reign as prime minister of houses!
