To think that it's a shame Sarah Teather did not speak out before she was sacked

I applaud the fact that she has spoken out about the demonisation of the poor by this government. I just wish she had done it BEFORE she was sacked. She will get demonised herself now for 'sour grapes'. Can't do the link to the Observer article. Sorry.

I assume she was was reluctant to speak out before because was protecting her own position? not sure at all. I am embarrased to say that I did not know she had been sacked. Why did that happen?
