I got sooooooo sick of adverts that I got Freeview+ - the joy of fast-forwarding the adverts is unbridled !!!

Because if the only exercise is sitting on your backside all day marking off numbers it's not going to burn off many calories!!! Certainly doesn't encourage me to play bingo............
