Toys that are twice the price they are in store

Toys that arrive with their box damaged (at the warehouse cos the external packaging is fine)

Texts saying stuff is ready for collection and then it's not.

Feeling conned that you doubled up tescovouchers and have been taken advantage of - if i try to return stuff i just get the price pre double-up. I want my vouchers back!!!

Anyone else or is it just me?

I ordered bunk beds from them and when they arrived the slats weren't wide enough to fit the bed. I phoned, expecting an apology, and the cheeky operator said "can't you go to your local DIY shop and buy some wood and cut to size?" Eh, nooooooooooooo. Sent them back asap.
