I check Arsebook every day twice a day. Can't. Seem. To. Stop.

I check mine before I even leave my bed . But that's only because once I'm awake if my dc hear me they'll come charging in and the day will begin with a bang and I'd rather loll around in bed for an extra 10 minutes.
