Two. They interact with each other so they'll get bored much less quickly.

whizzbanghellokitty · 07/11/2012 11:50

just so expensive

treas · 07/11/2012 11:53

In my experience you may find it waste of money for the 4 y.o.

My dd was given one by her grandmother when she was 4. Unfortunately, she was too young for it and so was unable to appreciate it fully.

mum23girlys · 07/11/2012 11:53

I've just had to buy 2. Have 6 year old twin girls and they both asked for them. Never considered them sharing one but as Caja says they interact with each other. I bought them from Smyths toy store and they were £49. Cheapest I'd found them in stock. Went in via Quidco and got 3% cashback and free delivery. Not much choice of colours in stock but it's the same everywhere

Binkyridesagain · 07/11/2012 11:54

NONE! Don't do it, you will grow to hate them, they will haunt you day and night.

mum23girlys · 07/11/2012 11:55

Agree with treas also. Might not be worth the money for your 4 year old however very difficult to buy for your 7 year old only when they've both asked for one.

squeakytoy · 07/11/2012 11:58

not really the sort of thing they can share anyway

whizzbanghellokitty · 07/11/2012 12:00

it is tricky

OP posts:
whizzbanghellokitty · 07/11/2012 12:37

it is probably better that they share one then they can both look after it
then with the rest of the money will buy them something else to share

VirginiaDare · 07/11/2012 12:45

haven't you asked this about 10 times now?

issiri · 07/11/2012 12:50

Do either have a birthday not long after Christmas? Could you buy one, see how they get on just the one and if they want one each get for a birthday?

InNeedOfBrandy · 07/11/2012 12:53

They had 3 for 2 in tescos so get that sell the 3rd and get back the money for the second.

ReindeerBollocks · 07/11/2012 12:54

2 is a sure free way to send yourself insane on Christmas morning.

I remember putting our furby in the microwave to shut it up - this was about 1998. Now I feel old.

Mrsjay · 07/11/2012 12:55

they are evil they will breed and then eat you alive Grin they scare me DDs used to turn itsself on in the middle of the night and talk she ended up putting it at the bottom of her toy basket, saying all that about t he evil buggers i would get 2 ,

I have the same issue and have just bitten the bullet and bought 2 and that means I will not buy other bits and bobs that would have added up to the same price, probably.

whizzbanghellokitty · 07/11/2012 15:37
