I've been trying to get my handset unlocked for weeks/months. My contact expired 8 months ago. I have given them all my details, but because I don't have a Vodafone account or an active number I keep getting 'computer says no' emails back from them. I've been into the stores, I've called, I've emailed, (repeatedly) but they just keep asking me for my Vodafone mobile number or account number WHICH DON'T EXIST. They have the number I used to have, my email address, all the handset details etc.
AIBU to think they're either deliberately being obstructive or they're a bunch of fuckwits?
