to not want to talk about her chest any more?

I have a friend who talks about herself all the time. She is a good looking woman but I'm getting bored of hearing how everyone is looking at her/her chest/at how pretty she is in her fake eyelashes/about how her husband's colleague said how hot she is. There was a party on Saturday and apparently everyone's husband had designs on her.

I usually get bored when people talk about their children constantly but in this case, I'd prefer it if she did. I'm seeing her tomorrow, how do I put a stop to this self-obsessed chatter?

She obviously has rock bottom self esteem to harp on about it so much, I don't think people are normally so conceited. Is she a good friend? Could you be quite blunt/honest about it without it hurting her feelings too much?

She sounds boringly insecure.
Other than tease her about her vanity, there's not much you can do. Just listen and nod but never actually continue the conversation, change the subject!

Is she Sam Brick?

my tip is say ' oh yes you said. did you see x last night?' or whatever
and everytime she repeats herself or returns to the topic, keep saying,

yes you told me, now what about
or didnt we speak about that already?

agree with bitsofmework

smile, nod, ask question or make statement on totally unrelated topic

or introduce this

'have you read that article by that ghastly samantha brick, i mean, no matter how good looking or not, there is nothing more unattractive than someone going on and on about their looks'

smile sweetly, sip tea
