Just had a nosey at her twitter account and, in a discussion about MN, she is unhappy about adult women who don't use their real names to bitch about people they don't know.

So, bitching is ok if you use your real name and only bitch about people you know.

Also, her friend thinks some of us have childish handles which are embarrassing. So if you could all sort that out that'd be ace.

Her comment about IP addresses is absolutely typical of her bullying manner.

Obviously I am now terrified and have sent my husband to Homebase for bundles of barbed wire to encircle the house - suggest you all do the same.

Has anyone else noticed that the contact liz email address has disappeared from her bit in the MOS magazine ? It used to be there and now it has gone.

I saw the tweet about IP addresses. < looks around and whispers> Do you think she thinks that an IP address is like a RL address and you can go round there to frighten people?

None of us know these people. You can't decide you hate them you loons.

I can so too decide I hate people I don't know, course I can. In fact, I only hate people I don't know - I find it far too extreme an emotion for people I meet in 3d. Mostly rl people have something that makes you step back from full blown hatred, I've never come close to the loathing I feel for Peter Andre or Katie Hopkins.

I have never met either. Therefore cannot loathe.

I've never read a word of India Knight and I certainly wouldn't follow her on Twitter, but this thread is pretty abusive and also possibly libelous. Not very nice.

I guess that people like her and Liz Jones are get space in the papers largely because their ridiculousness generates online chatter which brings clicks and revenue. So threads like this are a win. Best to ignore them, even though they make that so hard.

I read a v sad and fabulous book by Ruth Picardie called 'Before I say Goodbye' which features emails between Ruth and friends/family as she is dying. First time I ever heard India Knight's name was when I read her emails to Ruth, and have loved her ever since.

Haven't read Liz Jones spat yet but do follow IK on twitter and I must have missed her bullying other people??? And I do think that the tweets about her name by Michaela someone were a bit odd and unhinged.

I don't understand Twitter spats at all (or as DH calls them, Twatter spits). Why bother? What is the point? Is it just a case of attention at all costs, no such thing as bad publicity? Do you keep your newspaper column by generating lots of controversial tweets (in which case, IK and LJ have probably cooked up this feud over a few drinks and are now very happy with it)?

Mind boggle.
