to rewash clothes to save me ironing them

i only just realised that if i get everything out of tumble dryer ,smooth and hang up it does not need ironing ..
should i rewash basket and save ironing or iron it ?
i know im lazy but had migraine for 3 days so not done much .

Re wash - I never iron, that's why I have a drier.

Why rewash? Can't you just put it back in the tumbledrier for 10 minutes?

YABU to rewash, how wasteful.

You can put them back into the drier briefly, or hang them in the bathroom when you are having a hot shower.

Get a skooshy bottle of water, dampen them and tumble.

Anything to avoid ironing

You don't need to rewash! Just put them back in the dryer! I've ironed twice in the last 18 months

Just put them in the dryer with a few damp flannels.

Second the damp flannels. It will only take a few minutes. I never iron.

You poor thing, your migraine wipes you out for 3 days and here's the ironing mountain facing you, where's the justice.

I don't get them myself but my mum used to suffer.

Do you not even iron shirts?

My OH has five shirts, and I seem to spend my life ironing them. They are all bizarre mixes of silk and cotton too, with fancy instructions - iron on cool for about three and a half hour type shirts.

Would washing and hanging them up be good enough?

Put them back in the dryer. Do you know, that never even occurred to me, and I don't consider myself particularly thick. My life should be slightly easier from now on...
