See I don't separate them out. I argue about retard because although my son doesn't understand it, it matters. It matters what words we use to define each other.
So, for the sake of myDD I will also argue about 'young girls' because if she is in the work place and heading a team of men (as I did) I want her to be afforded the repect due to a woman who has earnt her right to be there. Not referred to in terms used to describe a six year old.
