I hate boring AIBUs

Yabu sometimes people just like the traffic in AIBU or are just being silly and starting a conversation , and some of the other topics have tumble weed going through them

Loving the NN. I was just thinking that on the 'when did you leave home' thread.

I think it's because people know AIBU gets more traffic than a lot of the other topics, and don't want to wait long for a reply.

This especially gets my goat when posters then start getting all angsty if a negative reaction happens. If you want support and balanced advice, post it in the relevant topic. If you post in here surely you must know people might disagree with you or take the piss if it's something ridiculous.

However, I've only ever started one thread and it probably should have went somewhere else so I am unreasonable ha ha, but I can take the abuse so don't care

AIBU is just a board that was set up to stop us having to type 'Am I being unreasonable no. 1,000,099, ha ha' every time we posted X years ago. It's not Holy Writ. If people want to do AIBU by stealth, well, it's hardly the crime of the century. YABU.
