AIBU to have tipped away my cold cup of tea

which went cold whilst I was on MN working on the computer and replacing it with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc

I like cold tea (as long as it's not too strong). I much prefer it to wine. So YABU.

Tea was black and not too strong, so still perfectly drinkable, but the wine bottle was open from the weekend and only had a small glassful in it. It was just cluttering up the fridge

Why didn't you put the cup of tea into your microwave - 40 secs; that's what I do. Why should I waste a tea bag and a cup of water (plus the electricity originally used to heat it up)? They all mean money.

YANBU to tip away the cold tea. Cold tea is yuck.

YABU not to drink the tea while it was hot.

I think the point is being missed here. The point is not the tea but the wine.
