what a bunch of incompetent wankers they are.
Drove thirty odd miles for dd1s allergy tests. Got there only to be told it had been cancelled. Dd is ASD. She'd been let down suddenly with something yesterday, and then this today. The staff were unsympathetic, lied about why the clinic had been cancelled and refused to find somebody else (in a large dermatology clinic) to do the tests, despite dd shaking, rocking and crying in the corner.
Bastards!

YANBU they should have told you before hand. So stressful when their routines are changed suddenly like this!

RuleBritannia · 04/09/2012 19:34

Why couldn't they have rung you to warn you of the cencellation? What a waste of petrol money!

Yanbu. Sometimes things need to change in a hospital but that doesn't mean the staff shouldn't be sympathetic and help as much as possible
