I'm bloody livid. Recieved a parcel yesterday from Debenhams that doesn't match the description/picture on their website, got a grumpy customer service person on the phone simply saying 'if you don't like it, return it'.
Fine, whatever. Had a dentist app this morning so not due in the office until lunchtime, so rang the delivery guy to ask him to come and pick the parcel up to return it. "No problem, see you at half 11" says he.
So now I'm still sat here, he hasn't turned up, and now not answering his fucking phone. I need to get back into work and can't leave the parcel outside as someone will nick it. Taking it to the store isn't an option as the parcel is huge and I'd have to drive/find somewhere to park in town. Really pissed off and in an "aaaaaaaaargh" kind of mood. People don't have all fucking day to sit around waiting for a delivery guy! This is exactly why I hate returning things, it's never fucking simple!
