To ask where I phone to enquire about why the post man hasn't been to deliver my post for over a week?

Is there a royal mail help line or something to ask if the postman has delivered mail in my area? I've been looking out the window and putting off going out so I am at home for a package, but the bloody postman hasn't been or delivered anything for over a week, and that is really weird. We normally get at least 3 letters everyday.

What shall I do?

Your local sorting office will be his base. Drop in there and ask?

I'd make sure the package was sent then call them. There are numbers on their website.

If you google 'royal mail sorting office' and your town that should come up with an address and phone number, I would think they would be the best people to contact?

Not sure if this will help but we got two postal deliveries yesterday - seriously! One at about midday and then another at about 3.00 pm!!! Good ness knows what's going on???

Well I want to have a little rant about this. I'm very pissed off.

When I called yesterday, no one would answer so I left a message.

Today ONE of my packages mysteriously arrives, even though I ordered this one about 3 days after the first one and it is much smaller. So I went out and asked the postman if there was a strike, and why I hadn't received any letters for over 1 week. He looked pretty shifty to me, but told me that post had been delivered everyday last week. That's a lie, because I was looking out the window ALL DAY for TWO DAYS and there was no postman. This postman was also only delivering packages and parcels. He had NO letters.

On the website from where I ordered, the goods were shipped on the second day of ordering. I should have received it last Friday, or Saturday. WTF is going on?

Do you believe the postman has stolen your parcel?

I don't know. I never thought of that. Don't know what he'd do with 600+ photos of my DS and family. I thought they might be leaving the heavy items behind so they don't have to carry it.

Keep trying to get through on the phone. If there is something dodgy going on the postie is not going to tell you.
