It's probably worth noting here that you do get arrested for breaking the law in Muslim countries. Just look at that woman arrested for having sex in public - even though evidence suggests they did not have sex, she has been jailed. She broke the law there, and she is now being punished.

As for this man - well, nudity has it's place. He can be nude in his house, in his garden, in the highlands if he must. But he cannot be nude in society. It's not acceptable. It doesn't fit our norms and values, and therefore he will continue to be arrested until he wears some underwear. He should at least wear speedos.

What concerns me, and probably the authorities, is that he seems determined to parade naked in front of crowds of people - schools, school buses, children's games, kids camps, shopping centres... It rings more of someone who likes to shock, or gets a thrill from being seen naked, than of someone who just rejects clothes.
