He wasn't rambling in the bloody highlands the last time he was arrested - he was walking along Townhill Road in Dunfermline.

He was arrested after numerous complaints by members of the public who were either passing by or actually live there. Before that, he was arrested in my village as he walked down the high street past the primary school.

Both my village and Dunfermline are easy to miss - plenty of roads around them but he chooses to use direct and busy routes instead.

Well I had to resurrect this as I have just come across this man walking into our small town. The school bus had just unloaded and lots of girls standing around looking a little shocked, the boys seemed to be laughing and taking photos
