I stopped this time last year when pregnant.

Now I just don't buy cigs and smoke one of his per night, sitting on a tree stump in the back garden. It's my ten minutes peace a day.

But he's held up at work. I want my ten minutes now!!

I used to take cigarette breaks at work. My boss used to get really annoyed since I didn't smoke. We all need 10 minutes

YANBU. Some days my evening cigarette after DD has gone to bed is the best part of my day.

However I do just buy some for myself, ready for that really terrible days when I sneak out and have one when she is having a long nap

I should just buy some but that would make me a smoker not just someone who has the odd daily cig!

I'll lend you one I have one cigarette every night around 9pm - bliss. I don't drink, I smile at other people, I'm not going to beat myself up over a sneaky cig.
