DS was born when DD was 21mo, I remember feeling like you do now. My DH also works until early hours of the morning so I was on my own with them a lot.
Here is what worked for us...
DH was in charge of the following when he got in from work

Washing,sterilising the next days bottles (we also made them up in advance, 6 in a go.i know that's not strictly the advice at the moment but our HV was fine with it)
DH would clear any cups/bottles/rubbish out of the living room, load the dishwasher and wipe down the kitchen.

This meant that on coming downstairs in the morning I had a head start IYKWIM, that helped me so much.

Online shopping all the way.
Arrange with DH that you each get an evening 'off' or that any time you are both at home childcare/housework is shared equally.

It does go in quickly although it doesn't feel that way, now mine we 15mo and just turned 3, we are in a routine and life is much easier. You will get there.
