I have just had the pcso come round. They have had a word with them next door. They came back to me saying it looks like a breakdown of communication, and it was not done maliciously they thought they were doing me a favour. They are going to put a new fence up. The police have said they will get in touch with my housing officer and go from there. As I know my HO has already taken pictures and of course I have my own, I can now get rid of the rubbish they left.
