Re-using cooking oil

DP wants to start pouring used cooking oil into a bottle to use again. I think that's disgusting, he thinks it's fine - who is being unreasonable?

I used to deep fry chips but the potential for a horrific burn incident always worried me, nowadays I prefer to make little roast potatoes instead :)

I just cut up chips or wedges, par boil for 5 mins, shake them dry and fluffy in the pan and cook at 220 degrees in the oven with a couple of sprays of oil.

Delicious with paprika sprinked on them!
