We have has an ongoing problem with illegal dirtbikes using our toad as part of acracetrack around our rural village.

Constant calls to 101, insisting each complaint be passed to the local force, plus harassment of my PCSO, has done much tonreduce the issue.

Report to 101 and ask them to send a car out.

I too am tempted re: the wire. My husband went out one day and dragged one off his bike by his collar and got his parents phone number. We've not seen that one since! Get a reg number or video evidence on your phone.

I used to live somewhere where this used to happen. The noise is SO offensive. I used to dream of throwing oil over the road. Obviously wouldn't have really done it but it gave some degree of satisfaction to imagine the bike skidding across the road and finally ceasing to make that offensive noise.

I have this issue too - the guy lives on our road and it's so fucking annoying.

If silencer removed? several laws at least being broken , call cops ! they will perhaps seize bike , perhaps no Ins .! Phone 101 and report it. I did this yesterday, felt really silly when I could't say what type of bike or description of rider because they were travelling so fast.
Turned out I was one of many who phoned up, police actually caught him!
