To feel a bit fed up of 'smokers' prowling around outside my house?

I live next door to a children's day nursery. Nice enough - bit bloody noisy when they are all playing out mind.. grumble.. ;)

The staff seem go out frequently for a fag. However as they aren't allowed to hang around the premises they walk slowly past my house and loiter around at the top of my drive.

Or maybe AIBU moreso to think of all the children haivng to be subjected to cigarette fumes billowing from the staffs' clothing and from their breath when they go back in?

Is it something you could mention to the nursery? It might be annoying other people who live nearby too.

Unless they are actually on your property, then YABU. There is nothing you can do about it.

Yes. I suspected I was BABU. Perhaps it is because when the walk past slowly they get chance to look in my window and see me sat all day on the interwebs.... :)

You could always go outside and ask them if there is anything you can help them with since you noticed that they were stood at the top of your drive for so long. You never know they may move on ;)

YABU, if they are not on your property and you know they are just hanging around while they have a fag then you just have to put up with it. It would bug me too though, especially if they were obviously being nosey and looking through the windows.
