She has a well-developed funny bone but can also be moving - not that funny and moving are mutually exclusive, obviously. Loved the mint sauce/mum story she told recently. Think she'd tell you if your hair looked scary, but make you laugh at the same time.

Bit of a tangent, but I saw Tom Hollander in a bar at the Southbank on friday night. He is very short and at the moment very beardy like a sexy hobbit. And very, very nice - he was being accosted by drunks constantly, and he was unfailingly friendly and took it all in very good grace.

I have been a fan of Tamsin since she was Debbie in the Archers. And Black Books is a little piece of television perfection. Particularly love the blind piano teacher episode, she was brilliant in that. She seems a lovely person IRL also.
