To ask for suggestions for a wedding "care bag"

Ok - I blatantly am but I'm going to do it anyway!

I'm being a bridesmaid next weekend and am planning on putting a bag in the women's toilets with stuff for all the guests to help themselves to like plasters, hair grips, safety pins, a small sewing kit, lip balm etc.

Does anyone have any good suggestions? (noting that my parents will be at this wedding so my book of "ten top positions for your one night wedding stand" is probably not appropriate!)

cos it is suitably shit?

I'm not saying this care bag isn't a nice idea but...

mini sewing kit & safety pins - Really, I've never needed to sew anything when out and about.

wet wipes - A must. I never go anywhere without wet wipes.
blotting papers - I don't even know what these are! Are they for shiny noses?

plasters - Surely the veue will have a full blown fist aid kit.
spray deodorant - People should put on deo before they go out.

good plain hand cream (neutrogena) - I like a nice soap and hand cream in the loo. Something like Molton Brown box o tissues - I would expect this in the loo anyway.

If the venue isn't going to have things like decent soap, tissues and first aid kit, then this really needs to be sorted.

Nappies
Wipes
Nappy Bags
Sanitry towels & tampax
Tights (nude and black)
Ibuprofen & paracetamol
Indegestion tablets
Antihistamine tablets
Condoms

Then a box of nice tissues and a nice soap and hand cream.

Won't the guests have their own supplies? Never heard of this before!!!

Thanks everyone for your comments - both positive and negative. After some had said they would hate it if their b'maid did this I emailed the bride who I mentioned it to months ago to ask her opinion. She thought it was a fab idea so I've been shopping today.

For those that ask won't the venue provide all this I should probably say the wedding is a Cambridge College so the toilets will be off the student bar. Great for beautiful photos and a real sense of tradition but not so hot for posh hand cream in the toilets.

nutella - totally up for being there for you and Ewan. Did you have a date in mind? I have a few suggestions for the best man. And I already own the most beautiful bridesmaid dress in the world so I'm all sorted!

For those that thought it was rubbish - that's ok - I won't stand in the toilets and force you to use the lovely hand cream. You can just give it a wide berth and pretend it isn't there!

I think plasters are there for rubbing shoes and very minor injuries, rather than something that would send you off to bother a member of staff for the first aid kit.
