I know i am its trash and i was just flicking through the channels and stumbled across a prog about teens getting married on the sky living channel.

One couple have been together since they were both 13, got engaged at 15/16 and got married as soon as they.were 18 and are expecting a baby. Seem nice enough and hope.it works out. They are already having counselling for problems but at least they are trying counselling and talking.

Another he girl is 17 and marrying a 64 yr old man! Eloped to gretna and now has nothing to do with her family :( she seems happy but my gut instinct is its wrong esp when she talks about her need to be loved and special.

Then another couple that are devout christians got married at 19 and 17, nonsex before marriage but both working hard as they grew up in rouh areas and want more from life. I thouht they were naive but they are quite grounded and seem to be committed to working at their relationship and their life together. Again i hope it works outs for them

I sometimes watch crappy tv and then judge. Though I can't bring myself to watch Jeremy Kyle. I once saw about 10 minutes of it and was so traumatised by the vile people in it, I've never watched it again. I'm still waiting for someone to tell me they were just actors and that people like that don't actually exist.

You mean people like that are not exploited by twats like Jezza?

I don't judge because i work with families who are having problems,soi know that lots of factors are at play.

I love trash telly, though, only because i find people both fascinating and ridiculous.

happy, they do exist, en masse and generally their children will be just like them without intervention.

I wouldn't judge for another 15 years or so

I've judged people in the past like Bruce Forsyth and a few others I've forgotten now...but their marriages have stood the test of time.

Unlike some others who I thought were 'ideal relationships' and they turned out the opposite.

A 17yr old and a 64yr old is just plain wrong though

No i do think there are.lotd of factors at play and the pregnsnt young couple have just had their baby girl and i really hope it works for them :)

I do think the 17 yr old and the 64 yr old, who looks older and his health is not good, is not right. They are trying for a baby....

And i do think these relationships can work out. Dp and i met at uni, had ds1 at age 20 and are still together 15 yrs later :)

I started watching it then dd turned it for something else, the old man and the girl is wrong though, I love trashy telly my guilty pleasure is dog the bounty hunter oh and Divorce court on Really or is it Dmax , it is just fab and i judge like a judgey thing

Watching the teen marriage programme now and the 17 year old and the 64 year old seems wrong to me. He's the same age as my grandad!

I like leyland, i may have suggested it as a name when preg with dc5... Who turned out to be a girl. Dp said no but he had no idea why i suggested it

When I do, I watch Jerry Springer, Judge Judy or Jersey Shore. Though stopped watching that one as the thought of Snookie having a child really distresses me.

I have an unhealthy obsession with Jerry Springer.

Will only watch it when I'm child-free though once in a blue moon because I don't want to have to attempt to explain any of it to them.

I like watching Maury! Mainly when its DNA and the woman's testing the 100th man! How do they remember who they slept with in such a small period of time?!
