Bloody Virgin mobile! AIBU to wish they'd get my bill right??

Have been with them for ages. DH has just signed up for another 18 months on the promise of a £20 package for £10 a month. I'm just coming to the end of an 18month Blackberry deal, £25 package for £15 a month. But do they ever bill us the lower deal amounts? Do they hell!! Every month I have to call or email them to point out they haven't applied the credit. Are they secretly hoping I don't really look at my bank statements and don't noticed they're trying to fleece me for an extra 20 quid a month?? Bloody pissed off.

Does anyone else have this with Virgin? I definitely won't be renewing with them at the end of my contract. Which mobile company would you recommend? Or are they all a shower of shoites?

Received an email bill from them today. £7.32 for Blackberry - same as every other month.

That sounds like a good deal Claire. How many mins etc do you get? It seems they're fine if you're paying the price on the tin, as it were. Offering discounts seems to confuse the issue, at least with us.

I've had no end of trouble with them. I've refused to pay them for our tv services. They can take me to court.

They billed me £65 more than they should have done. First they said this was owed from a previous bill. When I pointed out it could not possibly be from a previous bill, I had only had one bill and I had paid it in full, they kept changing their story.

I'm not paying it. They are wrong. They will have recording proving themselves fucking wrong. They can fuck off.
