To ask for wise mners advice re: buying plane tickets online?

This morning I went to vbok a ryanair flight from London to valencia when I went to pay for it (£450) it declined so I put £200 more quid in my account went to book the same flight and it is now £600!!??!!
Does anyone have any advice on how I can get a flight cheaper and where from I only know about this one particular air line?

Is your friend . Try different airports and different airlines too

Use www.kayak.com if you are flexible with your dates you can get brilliant deals.

Ryanair are awful and there are so many hidden costs!

Have you tried Easyjet to Valencia? they go from Gatwick. Otherwise I sometimes fly to BCN instead and then take the train down. You can save a lot that way.

It means that they sold out of all the £450 tickets. Bad luck. Happens sometimes. You should also know that Ryanair's handluggage size is different to most other carriers so usual cabin bags don't fit, thus they make you check it in and charge you for it.

As it happens, I bloody love Ryanair and I've never had a bad experience flying with them.

Just as an aside did you know you need to disable cookies when searching for flights/holidays etc as for some reason I have found the companies know you are interested if you keep clicking on a choice and the price inflates.
If you leave it a few days the price will drop again but is very frustrating.
