It's a bit fucked up really isn't it? What kind of person thinks it's a good idea to take an animal that has evolved quite happily to not need clothes and dress them up? Plus it really creeps me out!

Dogs don't need clothes!

Cats don't need clothes!

Horses don't like fancy dress!

he wants to know what he did to deserve this

Right then. Everyone who has a Chihuahua, YABU. Go live in Mexico. Don't dress your dog up like this

anairofhopeFORGOLD · 09/08/2012 21:56

Lol i found my dogs ASBO hoody today but my mil refuses to put it on him and as he lives with her now... I think he has got away with not wearing it :(

SarahStratton · 09/08/2012 21:59

Yup Ooop North. Grin

Damn kids are too old to be forced into dressing up now. So unfair.

Kladdkaka · 09/08/2012 22:02

Well pretty stupid and selfish imo if you live in a colder climate ,to buy a dog that wasn't meant to be in a colder climate.

We had doggy in tropical south England. Then all his fur fell out when he got poorly :( and he started to get cold. Then we moved Sweden. I know he'd rather wear a coat in the snow than have been left behind.

SarahStratton · 09/08/2012 22:04

Poor poorly Kladdkaka doggie :(

FasterHigherBeardierDaddyman · 09/08/2012 22:05

He's all better now but his thick undercoat never grew back, so he still feels the cold.

anairofhopeFORGOLD · 09/08/2012 22:09

anairofhopeFORGOLD · 09/08/2012 22:12

Wildfig. Nice to see you old chap. Manly backslaps etc.

Now. A hamster in a tutu. That's fine. But only if they are Serious About Ballet Lessons.

Hellooooo, GH! [friendly punch to the head]

My other hound has a very understated diamante collar to match the velvet bowtie, which she wears once a year at Christmas, mainly so that I can open the door, usher her in, and say, 'Ladeeez and gennlemen, Miss Shirley Basset!'

It never gets old for me.
