To want to speak to a person - flipping Mothercare.

I ordered (against my better judgement) a changing unit and some other stuff from Mothercare. It arrived today while I was out and my cleaner took it in. Citilink have delivered two thirds of the changing unit (in two boxes) and left another box that is addressed to someone else who lives near here which presumably is for a different item. I assume she will get my third box.

Mothercare dont seem to have a customer service number and I have sent an email, but assume it will dwell in someone's inbox when it could be resolved quite quickly. So annoying.

YANBU, it's rubbish service not to have a number you can call.

0844 875 5222 - Mothercare customer services

A direct call to your local CityLink depot would probably resolve the problem faster though.
