My dd has put too holes in my cornea, it is agony. We need shopping tonight but im too late to place an order to be delivered

I thought I had seen that you can place an order that they will pick for you and then you collect it in store??? Have I dreamt this? cant see it on their website...but then I cant see much at all right now!

Sad poor me!

They do, you sign in then you 'select delivery slot' then it is in the panel with red writing not the blue one.

TheDoctrineOfEnnis · 06/08/2012 12:33

Yes they do thus, it used to be front page of the Groceries section.

icecold · 06/08/2012 12:35

panels with red and blue writing? I dont think i have them? I presume that means its not available to me?...

Whereabouts are you? If you're near Brighton I can help...maybe

icecold · 06/08/2012 12:43

hels that is lovely, but I am 4 hours from Brighton

I have googled 'click and collect' and the link takes me to the page where I choose my 'delivery slot', with no options for 'collect'....so I can only summise it is not available .....which is odd, as I am in a big city

My local store does it but the next nearest store which is bigger and in a bigger town doesn't. I think they are rolling it out - not sure what the criteria is for it to happen though. If its available near you when you go to book a delivery slot you should see a choice of delivery times in one table and click and collect times in another. You still have to do it the day before though.

MrsHelsBels74 · 06/08/2012 12:47

Ah 4 hours is a bit far!
Would it be worth calling your local store or the online support line, they should be able to talk you through it?

icecold · 06/08/2012 12:56

ok...its no good, if you have to do it the day before anyhow

thanks for your helps though [smlie]
