...my son drank milk!!!

(backstory might help?)

DS was allergic to cows milk from the word go, at 8 weeks gave formula in the am and he was in hospital by nightfall. Nightmare period when we didn't know why he was so ill. Few slips ups before we really got to grips with dairy free and hives/ facial swelling/ wheezing etc. Horrible and scary.

Lately I noticed he just doesn't seem so allergic, doesn't really make sense, just less snuffly, less dark shadows under the eyes, more colour, no ecezma. Tried with baked milk, ok....2 months on he's had a glass of milk.

I cried. I may sound mad but it's like the sun's come out. I feel there is hope for all his allergies too.

Happy happy happy.

Or maybe I'm nuts :-D

lol, Worra... nuts are one of the f(ew) things than have been issue free. How ever many times I say he musn't have milk, fish, beans, lentils, chickpeas or soya they hear 'don't feed ds nuts' and it's always all they seem to 'remember'.
