To offer my 2 yr old as an extra pair of hands for running the 2012 ticket site

I really didn't realise how how bad this site was, hours of refreshing and refreshing. Anything you click = huge wait to request ticket to be told they're not able to process your request.

But the final piss take. Now the only thing up for grabs is a day pass for te park on the 28th July 2012

I am fairly certain your 2 year old could have done a better job. I looked earlier and an event popped up out of the blue and when you click on it it says not available.
Unbelievably crap

I agree.

We tried and tried to get tickets. No joy.

Now they are on sale again and I haven't a hope of getting any time off work at short notice, even if I did manage to get a ticket.

Yet there are all those empty seats.

It is so dissappointing.

I have found something worse... the ticket/ customer service phoneline.

5p a min, 4.5 minutes of recorded messages to be told there is high demand and automatically cut off. Nightmare if you want customer serviceand could really add up just trying to talk to anyone. You can't press options either until hearing the whole recording, which basically tells you to go to the website FAQS....which direct you to ring.
