I am on holiday now and MNing away. I like the company as I'm on my own once the DCs are in bed.

I might check in while I'm in the bath at the same time as I check the news and my messages but not in and out over the day like I would at home.

Not always. Because we mostly holiday in my mum's caravan which has no internet!

I'm off on "holiday" to stay with the in-laws for two weeks soon though, and shall certainly be mumsnetting.

No I wouldn't, even if I could (not much point in having your laptop with you on a campsite). Surely, holidays are breaks from all the norms and often the comforts of your daily lives. Give yourself a break from MN when on holiday, you never know you might enjoy the extra time you have!

When I go on holiday I don't even take a phone that has internet connection.

We like a total break from all gadgets too.

I can't even dongle at caravan site, as not only is there no internet there's no phone reception either. I quite like this, as it is enforced internet free time for everyone.

I do mn yes, but due to work I holiday where I have Internet access anyway. So I tend to dip in on the evenings.

Am off on hols next week with 3 DC and we are going abroad for the first time in years.....I have vowed to turn all emails off, will not be checking FB, playing games, spending most of my time on MN.......we all deserve a Break from the norm....and that's what I intend to do (tho I will turn phone on once a day to check for voicemails) :)

If I'm somewhere with free wifi then I might check in on my phone. Otherwise no.
