Olympic Tickets - what is the bloody point?

Trying to book tickets for the paralympics.

Ticketing site says that they have availability but when I try to book it tells me nothing is available.

I have even tried to buy just one ticket over various price-bands (to test the system) but same thing happens.

Also tried the 0844 number to connect to customer services but the call unexpectedly disconnects

Why bother advertising tickets as available if you are not actually going to make them available? [cross]

Why bother providing a customer service number if you just get disconnected!!!

I've no idea about the phone number but the ticket thing is just that they sell out as soon as they come on.

I've managed to get 2 lots of tickets in the last week, one lot on Sunday for the finals of the Paralympics - both only just luck and checking out as quickly as possible.

I tried for a pair today and they were gone in 2 seconds when I tried to add them.
