I live in a rural area. I have to go about my daily business, appointments, shopping etc. So, if you're visiting and admiring the scenery, please pull over. Do not drive at 20mph on a sixty mile an hour road upon which overtaking is either bloody dangerous or impossible.
Drives me fucking mental

But sometimes if you know the road you can happily travel at 55-60 on a country road. You know all the dips, turns, places where a tractor might pull out... but if you don't know the road it is sensible to go at 40mph.

In JuxTopia, all freight is put on a network of underground conveyor belts so there is no need for anything other than people-cars on the roads Grin

Actually, I can improve on that, but it's not really relevant, and would take a long time! Sadly, much of my transport system hasn't been invented.

Most wagons, HGVs, tractors can't do the speed limit.

I agree it's annoying to get stuck behind one, but at least you know they're (usually) going as fast as they can.

Personally, I find it far more annoying to be stuck behind a normal car that's going at wagon/HGV/tractor speed for no apparent reason (for instance, on a single carriageway A-road that you can safely drive at 60 mph on).
