...when people get gored by the bulls in bull fights and that stupid Pamplona bull run?

OP posts:
KatherineKavanagh · 09/07/2012 23:03

Depends..

LST · 09/07/2012 23:03

On?

GrahamTribe · 09/07/2012 23:04

Unless they're there to protest against it, YANBU.

ChaosTrulyReigns · 09/07/2012 23:04

Isn't it Darwinism in action?

LST · 09/07/2012 23:06

YY graham didn't think of that

LST · 09/07/2012 23:07

Change the 'people' to 'people who participant and spectate'

Innocent bystanders, that's what 'on'

Lucyellensmum12345 · 09/07/2012 23:08

The thing is, half of the twats who go to these things are pretty desperate to see the matadors or whatever they are called gored! Serves them bloody right if the bull jumps into the audience and spikes them all. Very unlikely though as they are often drugged and that spike thing is often jabbed into a nerve so hat it becomes ataxic - fuckers, vile bloody thing and shoudl be banned :(

Byecklove · 09/07/2012 23:09

Yes, me too! YAdefoNBU.

Aside from the whole karma thing, presumably they go there because it's an adrenalin rush so they understand that there are risks involved. So, on their own heads be it.

Cluffyfunt · 09/07/2012 23:10

YANBU

DH and I were saying the same thing the other day.

What sort of fu*#ed up, nasty individual would want to watch a distressed animal for fun? Confused Angry Sad

GrahamTribe · 09/07/2012 23:11

"Depends"

"On?"

"Innocent bystanders, that's what 'on'"

That's what I said, Katherine.

KatherineKavanagh · 09/07/2012 23:12

I was answering op.

LST · 09/07/2012 23:13

If you go to watch for 'fun' katherine then they aren't innocent IMO

OP posts:
Lucyellensmum12345 · 09/07/2012 23:13

What innocent bystanders? Im assuming that you would keep away from that area if you didn't want to watch? stay in your house if you live there? So anyone who choses to spectate a blood sport isn't really an innocent bystander really.

Byecklove · 09/07/2012 23:14

Innocent bystanders? If you go to watch something like that, you're just as bad. Obv not the protesters. It's not like the bulls run down the street, get a little bit scared and are then taken back to their nice, grassy fields. They're run and then that afternoon they fight in the ring. If you're watching, you're bringing in business and basically supporting the cruelty. Again, you also go there knowing the risks so the responsibility lies with you.

LST · 09/07/2012 23:14

Ooor what lucy said..

OP posts:
KatherineKavanagh · 09/07/2012 23:14

Ah well

LST · 09/07/2012 23:15

I hate the it's traditional bull shit too!

OP posts:
Byecklove · 09/07/2012 23:19

Yep, me too. Like that makes it alright?

GrahamTribe · 09/07/2012 23:20

Thanks guys, you got what I meant!

Sposh · 09/07/2012 23:22

Definitely Darwinism. If you're daft enough to put yourself in the path of a very very stressed and angry 3000lb animal with horns then you deserve everything you get. You wouldn't sit in front of an alligator for fun would you?

KatherineKavanagh · 09/07/2012 23:22

Makes money more like

LST · 09/07/2012 23:23

Well Sposh You'd be surprised..

OP posts:
KatherineKavanagh · 09/07/2012 23:24

Alligator baiting..
