Not sure how it happened, whether it was DH, or me, or somebody bumping it when we were parked somewhere. Having a debate with DH over whether we should arrive at the drop off early as there will inevitably be problems and we're going to have to pay something, as there's is a bizarre kind of sliding scale with the insurance excess. Has this happened to anyone? Our flight is at 11:25, DH thinks we need to get to the airport itself to drop the car off and get everything done at 9am. I'm worried - its sleazy jet and they'll go without us, I know it.....
