Had the BT man around earlier to get my phone line back on after storm.
Very chatty pleasant man, having a bit of a gossip etc and getting on nicely when he suddenly comes out with "Why aren't you working?".
I was Shock 'ed!!!!
I blurted out that I did in fact work, do not sit around watching Jeremy Vile all day but had been off sick blah blah (too much information really Blush)
He then looked at me and said "Not you love, I was talking to my line machine"
Oh god, I am soooo embarrased Blush

I had an attractive colleague in a childrens' play centre years ago. One day, a dad who had been perusing the party leaflets went over to her on Reception and asked her to write down the phone number. She giggled and told him she would have loved to but she had a boyfriend. He was perplexed for a while then pointed out he'd asked for the playcentre's number, not hers. She was very Blush

Our heating hadn't been working and the landlord arranged for a plumber to come and take a look. He turned up with his young apprentice type and they went to have a look at the tank etc (in my bedroom). They came out smirking, and the younger guy a bit red faced.. I was a bit confused but after they left I worked out why.. I had left my rabbit on my bed (had been washed don't worry).. I had intended to put it away HONEST.

The first time I met my consultant I was a bit nervous, and as he kindly stood back to let me enter his office first, I switched on to complete autopilot and said graciously, 'Come in and have a seat - now what did you want to see me about?'

Before him, I was supposed to see one of his colleagues. During our initial chat, he took a mobile call - he put his hand over the mouthpiece and said 'Just go next door and get undressed, I'll be in in a second'.

He actually meant lie down and lift up your top - but guess what I did - ? Blush He came in a moment later and I have never seen a doctor move so fast - he practically screeched 'FEMALE CHAPERONE' to the waiting room!!

Blush Sadly I have to go back next week. I am sure I am That Woman there.

Friend of a friend - in Australia where you can't see into your neighbour's garden.

She was waiting for someone to come to fix the TV (in the days when you fixed TVs not just replaced them).

She decided to sunbathe, and so that she didn't get lines took her top off.

When the door bell rang she answered it, and it was not until she was showing the repair guy the TV that she realised she had not put her top back on.

Once at work I was remerching the let's pretend toys. Playfood and pots and pans and things like that. It was a very quiet morning with just one customer in store.

A box kept falling off the shelf so I then said quite loudly "oh for heavens sake will you just stay where you are!"

To which I then noticed a very red and worried looking customer who was stammering permission to go further into the shop. Blush I had to explain I was talking to the Teaset... Blush Thankfully she laughed.
