Aibu to expect shops to sell plastic rainmacs in summer

desperatly trying to find plastic/PVC rainmacs for my five year old B/G twins. I have been to loads of kids shops in NW London chains and independents, but no luck all I can find is "shower resistant cajoles. Help please anyone....

What about sports and camping type shops?
