i saw the darndest thing..(cyclist going over red light BUT....)

not only did she toodle over a red pedestrian light as i was walking past BUT she had her kid (aged at a guess 4/5) on the back and she was chatting to her, absolutely indifferent to whether or not there was anyone there, i had to rush over the last part of my crossign to avoid her going into me. fucking inbelievable. there was a thread on here last week with people moaning about cyclists going over red lights, i was one of them and i mentioned this particular pedestrian crossing but the WAY in which she went over the red light was fucking unreal. the kid (fwiw) didn't have a crash helmet on either. i was too stunned to chase after her or yell anything out

I nearly squished a cyclist last week (accidentally). My traffic light had turned green and I was about to set off when he sailed through, directly in front of me. Didn't seem all that bothered. His light must have been red before he set off. I can understand people think they can get through as the lights are changing in a car, but on a bike?

Some cyclists seem to have a death wish. Thankfully most drivers have the reflexes to prevent incidents while the cyclist is off in their own little world

I passed an accident on the way home involving a cyclist. I'm not exactly sure what happened but people were around the car driver assuring him that it wasn't his fault. They seemed to be waiting for the police. The cyclist was limping away with his head pouring with blood and a fairly trashed looking bike.
