In the bin at the gym Blush

It was either that or the floor. I could have bloody died.

Not sure what the etiquette is on being sick in public but at least I offered to empty the bin.... :o

Please do tell me I'm not the only one to have done something like this ha

I threw up in the restaurant toilets during a particularly rough part of a cruise in May. Realised I was going to boke, ping-ponged off several tables (which caused many diners to become very concerned) and just got into the loos. Couldn't get to an actual toilet cubicle in time so had to make do with the only sink. As I did my first heave a small girl went, "EUGH, Mummy look!". The lettuce and tomato I had been eating in an attempt to settle my stomach then blocked the sink Blush I was very apologetic to the cleaner though.

I threw up on the train one Monday morning on the way to work. Had felt iffy that morning before leaving but it was only my second week in a new job so I could hardly call in sick! I had a commuter friend who was sat in front of me and I managed to spew all over her too Sad She was (thankfully) very understanding and escorted me home before she changed and started her journey again!

When I was about 12 weeks pregnant I got very severe hypermesis and being stubborn still got on the bus to go to work.... Two stops after I got on I stared feeling veerrrry unwell, a kind elderly lady emptied her shopping onto the seat next to her just in time to hand it to me to be sick in!!!!!!!

Ooh there are always people being sick or thinking they are about to at our gym. They open the. Ack door and shepherd them out.

I can't eat except maybe a few oatcakes for about two bourse before I train.

The only time I remember them being annoyed at someone throwing up was a guy who got it all over the mats then ran up the corridor to the changing room throwing up over the carpets there on the way. I think if he had stood still or headed to the door which he was next to they would have been fine!

Gym manager told me its a good sign your working hard if you feel sick. It's not very glamorous though is it!
