slightly light hearted, I do actually rather like my neighbour, despite her having called the rspca becasue my broody hen wasnt moving from her nest of eggs, and constantly telling me my hens are not looked after properly. and nicking my cats because I dont look after them properly. A couple of weeks ago we were having a chat about the shopping and I said I had to send my free range chicken back as it was too big, she told me she would never order free range chicken as it si too expensive, she is constantly going on about my poor hard done by hens (which are actually seriously pampered and have 10 times the space of free range hens) but she would eat battery farmed hens.

Then today she was saying one of my cats brought a mouse in and it is running round her house somewhere, i asked if she would like to borrow my traps, and she was horrified, oh I dont kill animals. she is going away this week and I tried to explain that if she leaves it there it will chew through stuff, quite possibly wires, but she wont believe me.

She is clearly mad and had very skewed ideas of right and wrong.

She doesn't kill animals but she will eat (battery farmed!!!) chickens. Riiiiiiight.

I think you have a weird one there, Dita. Grin

Tell her you think the mouse is pregnant and she'll need to stay home to deliver the babies Wink

RightFedUp · 19/06/2012 18:24

You could just try enjoying her - she's clearly barking!

My dh would have a field day winding a loon like this up!

I am looking after her house and animals while she is away,, shall I just set the trap?

Ohh I think you live next door to my ex workmate.

She came into work sobbing her heart out because she'd seen a wagon load of pigs being transported to nearby slaughterhouse.

Our boss let her go home, she was seen 5 minutes later walking past the shop doors eating a greggs sausage roll.
