Party invites (yes, I know).save the date, invite, reply slip... All sent out in good time.

One - 1 - spontaneous yes, one no. Others as a result of stalking politely enquiring at drop off. Still 6 outstanding.

The party is F-friday. Now one kid may not come because she has potentially 'had a better offer'. All the parents know the venue, therefore aware that we have paid upfront per head (and it was effing expensive but the little 'un deserves a real treat this year).

So, AIBU to wish bodily harm on some increadibly ruuuuude people?

never understood why people are so rude.

Some people are just so incredibly rude. Saying that sometimes they just don't check their child's school bag and it ends up under child's bed as I was informed by a few of said parents..

Runs in kitchen to check have replied to all invites..........

YANBU, v rude of these parents, don't you have any way of chasing them?

I usually reply when the invite comes in but for the next party in line was just sent a reminder. I hate people who do what I've just done...

As I said..... Save the date sent...invite sent...RSVP form sent (just check the box!!!!!) And a reminder sent.... I give up truly and absolutely. I really don't know what ill say to people who deign to turn up on the da (oh how lovely to see you - weren't expecting you... Gave your ticket to a chimp from the zoo... They bothered their backside to RSVP...)
