I suffer with bi-polar and today I just feel horrendous, I know I should go to the gym or for a swim but I just want to curl up and sleep until tomorrow. wwyd?

I think we all feel like that sometimes. I'd like to claim that I'd make myself get up and do stuff (knowing I'd feel better afterwards), but quite honestly sometimes I find excuses not to do stuff because that's just how it is sometimes. Don't be too hard on yourself.

What about going for a short walk to get some fresh air and see how you feel after that? Even if you go straight home and curl up afterwards it might make you feel a bit better.
