Inertia - No, not Gideon (he's fab). No, there's some bloke with an experimental show of varying quality. Plus, they often have a documentary at 3am and if I'm up working then, I need music to listen to, so have to turn over.

Ah right GothAnne, I'm with you. Is it the Freakzone? I find that quite challenging at times. And Tom Ravenscroft is fab but often beyond my comfort zone. Must admit I don't make it to 3 am ! Oh, is it the Hawk?

I think both the Freakzone and Tom Ravenscroft can be a bit patchy, so I wimp out with some Absolute 80's

Love radio 2 but a bit miffed about the reshuffle as loved Alan car and melanie sykes on a Saturday night and now it seems to be liza whatsherface and her laugh makes me want to go backwards through the radio waves with an axe in my hand and chop her hawhawing head off!

My first memory of R1 was Simon mayo's v early morning confessions - anyone remember the first celebrity confessions? - I listened until Chris Evans left.

I now love r2 thanks to dh ..... who now prefers 5live .... but that's the way it should be. They play the music I like (stuck in the 90's ) but no fan of Steve wright sorry

Jeremy Vine's show has me either in tears, laughing, or shouting at the radio. Therefore: excellent current affairs show.

Turn off at 2pm 'cos steve wright is on, and he is crap, and doesn't even play decent music.

Turn it back on for Mayo at 5pm, esp on Friday request show! Excellent!
