AIBU to think of disgusting things to help me diet?

I try to picture the most vom-inducing images to put me off my food like drinking own pee or eating a kangaroo testicle that literally make me gag. Works a treat. My throat seizes up at the very thought of it. Anyone else or just me?

go and try to fit into a pair of jeans or anything else in your wardrobe that are too small.. that always worked for me

Imagine that lovely Galaxy bar you're craving and how good it will taste...then imagine it covered in yellow lard and fat and permanently stuck to your belly/thigh/wherever. That always helps me.

Also, I read another technique about 'respecting your future self' as well as your present one. It sounds naff, but try to imagine the you of tomorrow morning and how crappy she'll feel if you do go ahead and binge....
