AIBU to expect my driveway not to be used as a public toilet?

I have now seen it all! We live in a very small village which happens to be on the through route between 2 medium sized towns. I am regularly given dirty looks for trying to reverse into my drive & have a constant battle with people who like to walk their dogs in the country & let their dogs poo, on our drives but never have I been so cross as what happened today! Driver pulls up on the edge of our drive, passenger gets out & is sick all over the exit from our drive!!!
DH was so cross he wanted to go shout at them but I didn't let him thinking it could easily turn into a fight. We very obviously watch from our window as driver & passanger drive off with no visable embarrassment - AIBU to have hoped they would have pulled up a bit further from the house or at least come to apologise? DH is livid!

If they had taken a dump on your drive or peed on your begonias I'd be totally with you on this, but sometimes, when you feel sick you have to be sick there and then. Going a bit further on may not have been an option - though maybe they should have knocked, apologised and cleaned it up?

Is the exit a public road?

Not that it makes it ok but it might have been a really last minute "Stop the car now!" type of situation.

Yes the exit is a public road, but 10 yards either way & she wouldn't have puked on our drive!

Aww sounds like bad timing

Hopefully you'll get a heavy downpour of rain tonight!

When I was pregnant I had literally no control over my sickness. I threw up with no warning in the middle of a shop. I did offer to clean it up but the shopkeeper was so lovely she made me a cup of tea and let me sit down.

My god-daughter is sometimes randomly sick after a car journey and gets very upset and just wants to go home.

They should have acknowledged it though and offered to clean up.
